aMuse’um is known for its locally sponsored exhibits. These play spaces encourage big ideas while still keeping the small-town experience.

Bank & ATM
Since 2011, First Farmers has sponsored the interactive bank and ATM exhibit. Children can learn about currency, write a check, deposit money or withdraw money from the ATM and check out at the drive-thru window. The wind tunnel is also a fan-favorite component of this exhibit.
Promotes: fine motor development, hand-eye coordination, dramatic/fantasy play and currency knowledge.
Doctor’s Office
Since 2014, Columbia Pediatrics has sponsored the doctor’s office exhibit. This doctor’s office gives children a realistic space for them to ask questions about their patient, give a check-up and diagnose what is wrong. Children can take care of and interact with other children and their caregivers.
Promotes: communication skills, hand-eye coordination, social and emotional skills and critical thinking skills.
Restaurant
Since 2017, Chick-fil-A has sponsored the restaurant exhibit. This exhibit features a drive-thru, kitchen, check-out counter and dine-in area. Children can prepare the food, take customers’ orders and serve them.
Promotes: motor skills, creativity, list building, effective communication and collaboration skills.
Dentist Office
Since 2018, Beck Dental Care has sponsored the dental office exhibit. This exhibit features giant teeth that children can brush and check for cavities. Realistic teeth props show children what makes up your teeth and encourage healthy habits.
Promotes: language skills, hand-eye coordination, parent-child engagement, motor skills and creativity.
baby hospital
Since 2011, Maury Regional Medical Center has sponsored the baby hospital exhibit. This exhibit encourages the roles of doctors and nurses who care for babies at the hospital. Children can examine and treat the babies using a scale, stethoscope, thermometer and other tools. They enjoy dressing, changing and bathing the babies.
Promotes: language skills, cognitive and thinking skills and emotional development.
Grocery Store
Since 2017, the museum has had the grocery store exhibit. This exhibit features all the aspects of the life-size grocery store in a child-size version. Children can grab a shopping cart or basket and select healthy food or household essentials. They can then check out with the moving conveyor belt and pay for their groceries.
Promotes: hand-eye coordination, motor skills, cognitive and list-building skills and critical thinking skills.
Ice Cream shop
Since 2018, Baskin Robbins has sponsored the ice cream exhibit. Here children can simulate a real-life ice cream shop, where customers can order ice cream, and children can scoop and check out with the cash register. This exhibit is great for parents and children to learn together.
Promotes: motor skills, communication and collaboration skills, sharing and exchange of currency.
Paint Wall
Since 2022, Columbia Paint and Wall Cover has sponsored the paint wall. This exhibit is the blank canvas for children to create their next masterpiece. Mess-free but full of fun, the water and paintbrush give the effect of painting without stains.
Promotes: fine motor skills, cognitive development, imagination, creativity and language skills.
duck river & playHouse
Since 2013, Columbia Power & Water Systems has sponsored the slide and playhouse exhibit. This space includes a playhouse where children can cook, eat dinner, wash dishes and even iron clothes. Children also enjoy learning about and fishing in the river. The slide also encourages movement for young children.
Promotes: fine and gross motor skill development, balance and control, creativity, problem-solving and play with others.
Dress Boutique
Since 2017, Britt's Boutique has sponsored the dress-up exhibit. This exhibit features a selection of dresses including popular princesses. Children can choose their dress and then try it on. This exhibit is a great way for those who love to play imaginatively to dress up as different characters and enjoy the rest of the museum exhibits.
Promotes: language and social skills, early brain development, cognitive skills and physical development.
Imagination Playground Blocks
In 2018, United Way of Maury County gave grant funding for the museum to purchase Imagination Playground Blocks. These blocks are a traveling exhibit of the museum and are present for local schools and extra-curricular programs.
Promotes: motor skills, creativity, building, communication and collaboration skills.

The museum has a few exhibits that need sponsors. Exhibits like our LightBrite Wall, Vet Clinic, Barn and Tinkering Exhibit. These range in annual sponsorship fees. We would love to discuss options further.
